If you are unfortunate enough to have to make a claim then we will do all we can to help you through the process. To ensure your claims is handled swiftly and efficiently it is important that you follow the Making a Claim information laid out in the Policy Schedule. • Master Policy Number WHIIL/TIA-IRL/2011
• Validation Certificate Policy Number or Policy Reference Number
• Resort and country visited
• Value of the claim
• Brief circumstances
• Travel dates
• Incident date
